Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Service Areas

We deliver within Kerala and authorized areas in neighboring states as per our license and operational capabilities. Service areas are subject to change based on regulatory approvals and business requirements. Orders outside service areas will be cancelled with full refund as per Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

3. Shipping Charges

Free delivery on orders above ₹2000. Below this amount, delivery charges of ₹50-₹150 apply based on location, weight, and distance. All charges are inclusive of applicable GST. Charges are disclosed before payment as per e-commerce rules.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 30 minutes of successful payment during business hours (9 AM - 9 PM). Payments must be confirmed before processing begins. Orders placed outside business hours are processed next morning. Processing includes prescription verification and quality checks.

5. Delivery Attempts and Procedures

We make up to 3 delivery attempts as per e-commerce guidelines. Failed deliveries are communicated via SMS/WhatsApp. After 3 attempts, orders may be cancelled with refund. Additional attempts may incur charges. Delivery requires adult recipient with valid ID for prescription medicines.

6. Special Handling Requirements

Temperature-sensitive medicines are delivered with cold chain compliance under Drugs and Cosmetics Act. Controlled substances require recipient identification and signature. All deliveries follow WHO good distribution practices for pharmaceuticals.

7. Delivery Confirmation and Proof

All deliveries require confirmation through signature, OTP, or digital verification. Photographic evidence is maintained for quality assurance and dispute resolution. Delivery confirmation serves as proof of service completion under Consumer Protection Act.

8. Risk and Title Transfer

Risk of loss or damage transfers to customer upon delivery confirmation. Title transfers upon successful delivery. We are not liable for loss or damage after confirmed delivery, except for manufacturing defects.

9. Force Majeure and Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, transportation strikes, or regulatory requirements. We will communicate delays and offer alternatives. No liability for delays due to force majeure under Contract Act, 1872.

10. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All deliveries are restricted to Indian territories as per our license and regulatory requirements.

11. Order Tracking

Real-time tracking available through WhatsApp updates and customer service. Tracking information includes estimated delivery time, current status, and delivery agent details. Contact customer service for tracking assistance.

12. Delivery Issues and Grievances

Report delivery issues within 48 hours. We investigate and resolve within 7 days as per Consumer Protection Act. For unresolved issues, contact our Grievance Officer. Consumer Courts provide additional recourse for delivery disputes.
