Refunds and Cancellations

1. Cancellation Rights

As per Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and e-commerce rules, you have the right to cancel orders within a reasonable time before delivery. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement through our customer service. After this window, cancellations may not be possible due to order processing. Digital products or services may have different cancellation terms.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for: defective products, wrong deliveries, prescription verification failures, service failures, or as per your rights under Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Refunds are not available for opened medications, expired products due to customer delay, or products returned after the defect rectification period.

Report refund requests within 45 days as per Consumer Protection Act. Provide order details and evidence. We will investigate and process approved refunds. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation with refund tracking.

5. Return and Replacement

Defective products may be returned within 7 days for replacement or refund. Products must be in original condition with proof of purchase. We may arrange reverse pickup. Return shipping costs for defective products are borne by us. Non-defective returns may incur shipping charges.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Medicines cannot be returned once dispensed due to health and safety regulations under Drugs and Cosmetics Act. Refrigerated medications, controlled substances, and custom-compounded products are not eligible for return. Products past expiry date are not refundable.

7. Payment Dispute Resolution

Payment disputes must be raised within 45 days. We will investigate and resolve disputes within 30 days. If unresolved, you may approach Consumer Courts. We cooperate with payment gateways for dispute resolution as per RBI guidelines.

8. Grievance Redressal

For refund-related grievances, contact our Grievance Officer. We are committed to resolving complaints within the timelines prescribed by Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Escalation to Consumer Courts is available if resolution fails.
